Brad has been a member of the theater since 2013 and served on the board of directors since 2015. He can sometimes be found on stage but he prefers to be behind the scenes, usually as a technical designer and set design. He has also directed several shows since joining the theater.

Charley Knowles

Treasurer

Up for Re-Election in 2026

A graduate of Purdue University, Charley spent 20+ years as a Marine Corps Officer flying numerous helicopters in support of crisis and combat operations around the world. Following his military retirement, he had to get an adult job for the US Government in St Louis. He has conducted numerous pit orchestras since joining LGP in late 2007 and has served as president and vice president of the organization. Charley is married and has 3 adult children that have all been participants at LGP.

Michelle Pfau

It all started for me in 2008 when our daughter auditioned for “Aladdin.” We have been a part of the theatre and productions ever since. I have learned a lot about theatre over the years and I have made many friends. I love being involved at LGP.

Anne has been an active LGP member since 2004 and a board member since 2007. She is chair of the set and prop committees. You will find her back stage for most shows  or out front greeting patrons.

Kim is a wife, mother and long time member of the board. She has served as music/pit director on several LGP musicals. She enjoys bringing beautiful and entertaining music to the LGP stage.

Glenn Netemeyer

Glenn is an Actor, Director, past Vice-President, Past-President, Usher Rep. Member of the LGP since 1990 and he directed his first show in 1996-1997 season. Since then he has directed every type of production. Married in 1993 to wife Robbin who also is a long time LGP actor, Director, Musical Director etc. Ordained in 2008 and received Teacher Credentials and Masters in the same year. Part of a theater family his now adult children Randy and Shannon have also been in many shows.

Vicki Breckel

Vicki has been a part of the Looking Glass Playhouse family since 1993 when her husband performed in his first show. She has been a behind the scenes supporter and season ticket holder since that time. While her daughter has performed in many productions over the years, Vicki has helped with sets, tickets, concessions, etc.
Vicki is excited to continue serving the theater as a member of the Board of Directors. She is looking forward to helping the LGP continue to grow and thrive as a center for culture and artistic excellence within the community.

Mike Russell

Mike’s first show at LGP was “A Few Good Men” in 2004. One year later he joined the family of “A Christmas Carol” and has played Scrooge since 2007. Since that introduction to the joy of community theater, Mike has been in more than 70 productions and events, with most being at LGP.

Mike is proud to continue his service on the Looking Glass Playhouse board of directors which started with his selection in 2006. He sees a bright future for the playhouse with the direction, dedication, and innovation of our board members and the support of our patrons.
